Offered SILICON RECTIFIERS are the special devices, made to regulate voltage in an automatic manner that is to take an unsteady voltage level and change it into a constant voltage level. These precision electronic devices enable automatic maintenance generator output terminal voltage at a fixed value under varied load as well as operating temperature. The provided SILICON RECTIFIERS are capable to control output and can make use of error signal so as to adjust the average value of the field current.

Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is a four-layer, three-terminal semiconductor device that acts as a solid-state switch, primarily used for controlling high-power electrical circuits. It's a type of thyristor made of silicon, with three terminals: anode, cathode, and gate. When a voltage is applied to the gate, it triggers the SCR to switch on, allowing current to flow between the anode and cathode. Once on, the SCR stays on even if the gate signal is removed, until the current drops to zero
SCRs are constructed with alternating layers of p-type and n-type semiconductor material, forming three junctions
