Since our inception in the year 2013, we are affianced in offering supreme quality Automatic Voltage Regulator. We manufacture this AVR at our advanced production set up using high grade tested raw materials and advanced machinery. This AVR is extensively used by our clients at running stations for automatic stabilization of voltage in order to protect the installed electrical units at various places from voltage fluctuation. Moreover this LT AVR is available to our clients at very affordable prices.
Many state electricity boards have tried and failed to provide constant voltage to the customer. The reasons why this could not be achieved till now are long, inadequate distribution lines and irregular load pattern on distribution transformers. Everyone must have noticed that the voltage is low during day time and high during night time. Not only this irregularity, voltage rises sharply on rainy days, holidays, peak hours, and times when agricultural and Industrial load is switched off; all this is dangerous.
The electric motors (particularly smaller capacity motors upto 7.5 H.P.) are affected by this higher current in different ways; which are:
With the stabilizer installation and 390/400 volts maintenance, one can allow smooth operation of motor. It will draw 15 - 20% lesser current and could reduce the the relay setting by 15 - 20%. In case of single phasing, within 40 - 50 seconds the relay will trip. For such a minimum time span, any motor can withstand the high current and will operate safely. Not just the motor, but all relays, switchgear, etc., incorporated with it will be safe.
L.T. AVR are installed in all running units with both, L.T. and small H.T. Connections. These can be manufactured for balance input voltage, unbalanced voltage and unbalanced load.
Technical Advantages:
The edge of rectangular conductors are wounded with regulating coils, so as to give high mechanical strength compared to other designs.
